Read the guide
Built with a fictional church and fictional records. Live deployment and real-church operation are separate steps we will talk through with you.
What you can evaluate
People and households: visitor intake, duplicate review, contact preferences, household history and mailing lists. Visits: requests, assigned work, attempted or completed contact, follow-up and leadership reports.
Groups and attendance: dated meetings, named or head-count entry and printed rosters. Giving: offline gift batches, split funds, counted-tender reconciliation, deposits, attributed corrections and statement previews.
Reports and paper: directories, mailing labels, visit worksheets and cards, attendance sheets, count sheets and statements. Use the document preview to check the selected audience and filters before printing.
Availability before you decide
These staff workflows have local synthetic verification. Deployment and live-church operation remain separate gates. A development demonstration does not establish production availability.
Member web, native apps, online payments, confidential care, child check-in and church websites have separate release and enablement requirements. Ask which capabilities are enabled for your church; this guide does not promise app-store availability, live payment collection, or a custom-domain certificate. Certificate status in the church admin console is recorded as not issued here.
Switching currently uses a reviewed CSV bundle. Further does not include multi-entity administration, cemetery or columbarium management, or a partner marketplace.
A coherent demonstration
Use Cedar Grove, a fictional church, with the office role. Follow a visitor card into People, review duplicate candidates, create an assigned visit, record its outcome and open the visit report. Then use the finance role to follow a draft gift batch through reconciliation and statement preview.
The pastor walkthrough explains the care handoff. The office checklist gives tasks and expected results. The switching guide explains import coverage and review. Each guide includes a follow-up form that keeps its topic when it reaches the Further team.
